D44 is led by architect Agnieszka Gansiniec, with more than 15 years of experience in residential, commercial and specialised architecture in Belgium.

We work on building permit applications, regularisations, renovation and extension projects, pre-purchase checks and feasibility studies. You can start with a short intake call, followed by a paid Project Scan when your situation needs deeper analysis.
The goal is simple: know the risks, understand the options and move forward with a clear strategy before you spend serious money.
